programme for high potential employees.
The business simulation provided vital decision-making experience for delegates, as well as giving them the opportunity to think outside the box and experiment with new ideas and take risks, all in a low-risk, non-threatening environment. The exercise was seen as bringing finance and business to life at the end of an intensive learning process.
