Our Approach to Business Simulations Programmes


At April Training Executive we understand that each client has different needs so our team of
experienced staff will help you create a unique programme that caters for your requirements
whether they be in team building and communication skills or in specialist areas such as
finance, marketing or strategy.

April's business training simulations are amongst the most flexible available. They are based
on real world markets and use accurate and up to date data placing them amongst
the most useful training simulations in their field..

Understanding Your Training Needs

We will visit you free of charge to discuss your specific training requirements and objectives, evaluate how we could help meet your needs and forward a proposal designed specifically for you.

Stage 1 - Needs Analysis - what are your training needs, at this stage objectives and KPi's are set
Stage 2 - Course Development - working with our team to develop the ideal course to meet those needs
Stage 3 - Delivery - managing and organising the Business Simulation and Management Training Program. This covers all aspects of the training, from the organisation and delivery of launch events to support and delivery of the simulations.
Stage 4 - Evaluation and Feedback - every program is reviewed against its objectives and KPi's to further develop subsequent programs.

 

Course Development

We will then work with you to ensure our business simulations reflect your corporate vision,
future plans and financial and market position. April simulations and business games can also
be tailored so that there is a focus on different aspects of business planning, for example
finance and financial decisions or company image to do with marketing and advertising.


Delivery of Simulation Courses

A key area of our flexibility is the actual delivery of our simulations. We can arrange an event
for you, run the course or we can train people within your company so that it can be run
internally in competitive events designed to train, stretch, develop and improve your
staff or students.


Evaluation and Feedback

We will work with you to evaluate the effectiveness of the course to continually improve
our service and products. We also encourage feedback throughout from the tutors as well as the participants to provide the best possible programmes in the future.


Event Management

From booking hotels and arranging transport, to organising motivational speakers and special
events, we can organise as little or as much as you need to provide a professional, memorable and seamless events.
